Shortly after I was born in Upper Austria in 1977, my family moved to Moedling, a small town near Austria´s capital Vienna. Having graduated from high school I started studying psychology and journalism at the University of Vienna.

Meanwhile I learned playing the trumpet which gave me the opportunity to become member of such different ensembles as a marching band, a big band, a funk-rock group and a classical symphony orchestra. Alongside additional guitar lessons I discovered a growing interest in singing and acting on stage. Inevitably, at the age of 21, I began to study musical theatre at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna. Since then I was member of various groups and productions. I was acting on stage in musicals, operettas, plays and appeared in movies, TV-series and commercials.

However, the main focus of my musical work lay on a cappella-music. For more than eight years, I was member of Safer Six, which means contemporary music without instruments. And there was a second group called The Classic-Harmonists which I was part of until my move to Los Angeles.

Always trying to find some time for the other scholastics I started earlier, I was able to earn my final degree in the study of psychology in 2006.

Since the end of March 2007 I am located in Hollywood, Los Angeles, where I am studying vocals at renowned Musicians Institute to refine my skills as singer/songwriter.

Apart from music, I am fascinated by interesting people, good books and foreign countries.
